How Information is Collected and Used

Northern Stainless is the sole owner of any information collected on our website or by email. The only information to which we have access is what you voluntarily provide. We will not rent or sell any collected information to anyone.

Upon receiving your information, we respond to you directly about the information you provided. We will not share any information provided to anyone outside of this organization, unless it is necessary to fulfill your request – for example, shipping an order.

We will only contact you via phone if you indicate such a preference within the Request a Quote form. Otherwise, email will be the default contact medium.

Data Security

While we do not collect any personally sensitive information online that requires encryption (for instance, a credit card number), Northern Stainless stresses the importance of data encryption and how and when you send sensitive information.
