About Northern Stainless

Foundry operations started in 1984 as Novatec with 12,000 sq feet of leased space in the back bay of the 845 Hickory Street facility.  In 1988 Novatec was accuired by new investors and Northern Stainless Corporation was formed.  The foundry changed hands one more time in 1991 when it was purchased by the current ownership.   Since that time continual reinvestment has allowed the business to grow to where it is today, a two building facility of 48,000 sq feet and 7 acreas of land.
